Matching/Quality Check
We
have a separate quality check unit, which is well managed and have
all necessary quality testing facilities. For colour formulation and
quality check, we use computerized GretagMacbeth Colour Matching
System and Data Colour International Spectrophotometer under the
supervision of more than 30 qualified and experienced professionals.
Our unit has colour matching strength of around 700-800 shades per
month.
Robust Infrastructure
The
company is backed with robust infrastructure, which is well equipped
with all latest modern machines and technologies. Our modern
infrastructure has been segregated in various units that comprises
research and development, manufacturing, quality check, etc. We take
pride in saying that, owing to our well maintained set-up, we have
capability to produce around 10-12 lacs cards per month. We
manufacture 50,000 card by chip mounting and 10,000 panels per month.
